Billie Shepherd

Dear Nancy, I have tried to find Billie for awhile, and am so very sorry to have finally found her under these sad circumstances. I will make sure that our circle of Austin Peay friends know that she has passed away. Billie was so smart, fun, and funny. Those who knew her will never forget her. I want to extend to you and your family my sincere sympathy. We had many great times together. I know that she will be missed by all who knew her, old friends and her more recent ones.

My cousin Billie (we called her Sissy) was always the life of the party when she visited her family in Tennessee. I speak for all the cousins by saying Christmas will not be the same without seeing her or talking to her on the phone. Jeannie and I will miss her.
