I was saddened to hear of Billy Ray's passing. I always enjoyed Billy Ray's company at family reunions. He was a great cousin of mine. I was always impressed with all that he did with his life and I know that his contributions to his family and community was very important. I'm sorry that we lived so many miles apart and weren't in closer contact through the years.
Billy Ray you will be missed!
