I would like to take this time to thank my family and friends. I feel so blessed to have each and everyone's sympathy and support. I could not imagine of what may have happened without you all. who could ever forget those bright blue eyes and that curly blonde hair. He was a beautiful person with a great personality. He could always ease the tesion in a room with his humor. If you didn't laugh and have a good time around him then you just didn't know Billy Joe. He will be greatly missed.

Billy Joe was a great person who over came alot in his life time. I'm thankful I had the pleasure of knowing Billy Joe and his brother Joey. Billy Joe will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Billy was an incredible person, he was always very kind and respectful. At one point he was almost like a son to me. I am saddened by his passing. He will be greatly missed by many.
