I worked for DPS OMV for years. Mr. Billy came through my office regularly . He always had a smile on his face. You could always count on him to be there whenever a crisis arose. He was a fine man. It was clear that who loved his family and was proud of them. I am so sorry for your loss. Your family will be in my prayers.
