As chief operating engineer of the Fickling & Company Building, Billy was one of my security team members.I always looked forward to his arrival daily knowing that I would either be smiling or laughing by the time he left. As long as I am alive those memories will be with me. I often think of him and as I'm sure he would have wanted it, that thought ends with a smile.
