I met Bill and Charlene in 1963. We lived next door to them. They were an amazing couple and friend. Bill always said he raised me since I was so young. So saddened to lose such a fine person. Love the family and loved him. He will be missed. Many hugs and prayers to all of you

I have known Bill for over 50 years and to this date he is the only person to get me to bolt off a sign as I have a fear of heights and to make it worse talked me into doing it in a 30 MPH wind . After the fact he told me I was crazy to do it but he knew I did not know any better. Only that it had to be done so we did it.
My the way at that time I was his supervisor when we both worked for Butchard and Standridge
