Billy was defined as an incredibly unique person who touched the lives of many. His path in life was filled with many memories and lots of laughter. He enjoyed interacting with people on all levels that impacted many. Billy Joe will be remembered as the strongest man both physically and mentally I have ever known. He will be greatly missed especially on our many fishing excursions and as Papa with our kids. Our entire family looks forward to seeing you on the other side.
