Not sure what to say?

My condolences to the family. May God's word bring you comfort and hope (John 6:40).

Bill you are and was an amazing man. I had the opportunity to work for you and your agency, The Talbert Cop., in 1981. It was the beginning of my 28 Yrs in the bond business. I will be forever grateful to have worked for you. Rest in a Peace Bill in God's Kingdom with your sweet wife, Elsie.

Dearest Janice and Family: I was fortunate to be around Elsie (many times) when she was in Atlanta; and then to see your Beautiful Tribute to your Dad and to hear stories. Boy can I understand his desire not to have a service, because he was returning to Elsie - his celebration in Spirit. May all the memories of him/them provide comfort during this difficult time. Love, Linda
