To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.

Sharkey,

I didn't know Billy very well, but he was always a friendly face at PSFCOB events. You have my sincere sympathy.

Many tears have been shed the past few days for our friend BIG BILL,but as each passing day comes and goes those tears will turn to a smile then a chuckle then a laugh as we remember our friend! Just like he would want it!
Farewell my brother I will miss you but never forget you!
Beno

Sharky, Carla and I send you our love and if you need anything, even just to talk call us day or night. Bill was a great guy and will be missed greatly.

Sharkey,
My thoughts and prayers go out to you at this most difficult time. You and Bill are two of the most kind, sincere and thoughtful individuals that I have met in my 18+ years in Baltimore.
While we have all lost a Saint here on Earth, the folks upstairs have certainly gained an angel.
While Bill will be missed by many, his memory will live on forever.
