I dated Billy Joe in my sophomore year in high school. I lived in Portales. He was a special person and I never forgot him.

Bill was the nicest man! Every time I ran into him he would greet me with a smile. He always made me feel like I was an important person and I could see Jesus all over him. I know that Bill is up in heaven with our Father looking down on the ones he loves.
