Aida Cristina Echemendia of Mesa, Arizona, age 83, passed away on March 21, 2008. A memorial service will be held on Thursday March 27, 2008 at 10 AM at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 1244 South Power Road, Mesa. Green Acres Mortuary handled arrangements.

My name is Kristina Echemendia and Aida was my Abuela. She was an amazing women, she lived a long and blessed life. She started her adventures in Cuba where she was born and her final resting place is right here in Arizona. One of my happiest memories of Abuela is when we went swimming in the summer time.
