Billy passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2016. Billy was a resident of Burlington, North Carolina at the time of his passing. He was married to Barbara Wilson Faucette. The funeral service will be conducted at Union Ridge Church on Monday, November 21, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. by Rev. Dan Ficklin and Rev. James L. Rosser with the family receiving friends from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow in Union Ridge Church Cemetery. Other times, the family will be at the residence.
