Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to meet Billy:(. Although, I grew up with is wife (Lynn Byrd) and her family. From what I could tell, based on Lynn's Facebook posts...Billy was a great guy! He apparently was "down to earth" like many of our Newark childhood friends, esp. from the East End. I understand Billy was funny and an avid outdoorsman! Lastly, I pray that Billy's family & Lynn will cherish great memories of Billy and that God will comfort them all!
