August 2nd 1978 I first met Billy,he was on a job site in Fayetteille,NC while working for a Landscape Co. LandMasters Inc.and while I was talking to him a young man named Keith Carpenter pulled up...Keith and myself since that fateful day been married for 40 years!If I wasn't talking to Billy,I would never had met Keith!Because of Billy,I have a wonderful husband,three great sons and seven precious grandkids!Thank you Billy!

Billy worked for me for 6 years at EAS. He was very dependable and a model employee. He was very good natured and a friend to all. I don't know anyone who did not like Rocky and that says a lot about any person. I am terribly sad for the family. He will be missed by many friends and loved ones.
