We are so sorry for your loss, Billy was a great man and he will be missed dearly! We think of all of you often and are sorry time does not allow us to see each other, but know you are always in our hearts. We will be praying for peace for all of you in the days to come. Sorry to hear that Billy passed. We love you all and are praying, of course. We will never forget that smiling face, and deep voice. Many great memories of you all. To Ruby and the Hatchell family,
I knew Billy well and worked with him at the Charleston Muni Golf Course for a number of years. We were good friends and played many rounds of golf together. I will always remember him as a happy person who was always fun to be around. I have missed him these past few years since he moved to Sumter.
My sincerest sympathies for each of you and may God bless each of you and give you his strength and comfort. All of us who knew Billy will miss him...
