I was a Senior High at First Presbyterian in Shreveport when Billy Shaw (as we knew him!) was there. I was a fine guy and a fine Presbyterian minister. Fond memories of Wool as KA fraternity brother. Bill Christian Houston, TX

My Dad always described Wool as his closest friend, and I have often imagined them as young boys running through the neighborhood they grew up in. He spoke so highly of Wool. May God comfort his family this time of loss.

Dear Howell family --
I am sending much love to you all and fond remembrances of Wool's warmth and good spirit.

Your family is in our prayers. Billy made such a good impact on our community. Art & Rita Carlson (Luling, LA)
