Dear Billy, My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I know how much they will miss you. I didn't know you well, but whenever I saw you at Zingerman's Bakehouse your smile and friendliness would make my day. I was so pleased that you would bring your clients to the Bakehouse and introduce them to me. I will never forget your kindness. Rest now in the arms of your God, no worries, peace and happiness are yours. Love, Mary Jane
