NEAL (AND AMY,)
I AM SORRY TO SEE THAT YOUR DAD PASSED AWAY. FROM THE ENTRIES IN THE GUEST BOOK, I CAN SEE HE WAS QUITE A MAN. I KNOW YOU ALL WILL MISS HIM VERY MUCH.
YOU ARE IN MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS.IT IS NEVER EASY TO LOSE A PARENT.
GOD BLESS YOU.
KATHY LOVING ADAMO (NURSING SCHOOL)

To my Aunt Lorraine, Cousins Glen, Neal, Marcie, Krissy and spouses. Condolences don't mean much when you've lost someone as important and as special a person as your husband, father and I can't forget, my Uncle.

While time may heal all wounds, time will not fog the memories or hide the thoughtfulness and kindness of Uncle Elgin.

When I was younger, I often wondered why my Dad and Uncle Leroy were such avid A&M fans. It was the influence Uncle Elgin had over them...

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

I had honor to work for Elgin Lochte with my intial career with Fluor. Elgin was easy to talk. God bless his soul and give strenght to the family.

Elgin hired me at Fluor 37 years ago. I was a brand new graduate of A&M with no idea of "life in the big city". Elgin took a lot of time to help and encourage me. He even helped me adjust the points on my '72 Monte Carlo when I couldn't get it to run. Elgin showed me and a lot of other young engineers the way to do the job. He showed us that integrity and quality were the guiding principles. He was a great positive influence on me. He was a great positive influence on the industry in general...

Loraine and family, In our lifetimes we have only a few "best friends" and that's how we always think of Elgin. What a dear friend, funny, clever, smart and a true Christian man. We have told the story of your "coffee pot war" many times.

I had the honor of working with Elgin at Fluor for many years. He was a true professional and was a good friend. My condolences to Lorraine for her loss of a wonderful friend and husband.

Loraine and family -- When I think of Elgin in the years to come, I will always remember the atmosphere of intelligence, kidness and gentleness. I will miss him -- Love to all of you.

Elgin Lochte was the best father-in-law a person could have.He always had time to talk and give you his opinion on what ever you needed help with. He mostly smiled even when we bothered him. I am glad your struggle is over and you are in heaven with Jesus. Loraine, we will be with you and support you. Love Amy
