Billy was one of a kind, a very thoughtful and generous man. I will always remember Santa Claus driving his truck through Piney Grove, passing out gifts to all the children. He was kind and gracious to the Patterson family and always made me welcome in his home. My deepest condolences to Mary and Tommy.
