PORTSMOUTH—Billy Lee “Leebo” Williams, 53, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 16, 2025, in his home.
Leebo was predeceased by his father, Billy L. Williams, and both sets of grandparents. He is survived by his mother, Mary Chambley Williams; brothers Keith and Larry Williams; two nieces, Jessyca Williams (Joey DiTommaso) and Samantha Williams; great-niece Aria Mullins; and great-nephew Joseph DiTommaso; and many more special cousins and friends.
Leebo began clamming in the mornings before attending his classes in high school, graduating from Churchland High School in 1990. He began working in construction, later getting into rigging, working as a pile-driver and foreman for over 25 years, previously for Skanska USA and currently for W. F. Magann Corporation. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 13, at Ruritan Hall, 8881 Eclipse Dr., Suffolk. Condolences may be registered at BWFosterFuneralHome.com.

When I Came To West Norfolk.
He Was Helpful,,TrustWorthy,,We Were Close For Many Yrs..Always Had A Good Time When Leebo Was Around,,He Stopped By About 2-3 Months Ago,,Always A Welcomed Site,,& Great Loss Won't Be The Same WithOut Him,,
