I met Billy at Ivy Knoll. He and my mom were good friends. I don't think I've ever seen him without a smile. He got along with everybody and everybody loved him. To his family: I'm so sorry for your loss. I will say..... I will never forget knowing him and every time I think of him I will be smiling.
