I am his moms brother the first memory I have of Billy was I came to Georgia from Lockport Ill in a brand new convertible Buick Billy was about 3 and he was playing in the car and pulled the gear shift down and it rolled into a tree. no big thing he didn't get hurt and the car got fixed I loved him anyway

The first memory I have of him was him walking through the halls of Bradwell singing Why Lady Why at the top of his lungs. He was bigger than life.
