Not sure what to say?

I recall when Reggie was born and he had the middle name of Mack...well Billy wanted to be called Billy Mack..since Reggie was Reggie Mack. So very precious...never forgot that. Their mother and I were in the Army together. My heart is so sad for all the family and friends. May he Rest In Peace!

May you be at peace, Billy. With the family in thought and prayer.

Billy , May you Rest In Peace knowing how much others appreciated you and the love and kindness you always shown. Thank you for always looking out for your day ( my papa) , and my mama , your dads wife ( Betty). They both loved you very much and appreciated all you done for them in their times of need. Thank you for treating my mom as your very own as well. You were always full of laughter and joy . May you forever gain your angel wings and fly high. God I ask only now that you bring peace...

Reggie you and Billy took care of my son Jonathan Sharp when he needed someone and I am grateful for your kindness and caring that got him through that difficult time in our lives. My heart is saddened by the loss of such a special man who reached out and made a difference in the life of Jonathan. Love & light, Frances Vaughn

I am sad about this loss.

So very sorry for your loss.RIP Billy...

I am his moms brother the first memory I have of Billy was I came to Georgia from Lockport Ill in a brand new convertible Buick Billy was about 3 and he was playing in the car and pulled the gear shift down and it rolled into a tree. no big thing he didn't get hurt and the car got fixed I loved him anyway

The first memory I have of him was him walking through the halls of Bradwell singing Why Lady Why at the top of his lungs. He was bigger than life.

I AM first cousin to Billy's dad and his grandmother was my AUNT EMMA. My daddy was Ben Page and mother Pauline Page from LAKE VIEW S. C. where his father was raised. We are so sad to hear of his death. God bless the Lupo Family' Judy page Rasberry. Florence S. C.
