Billy I never you but I wish I very much did and let me tell you that heaven needed an angel and now they got now and billy may your heart and soul live on forever!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just want to let billy children know I grew up with his dad on fourth street he was a very kind person with a heart of gold very respectful also always helped my nanny billy was funny some sense of humor he is in gods hands now a beautiful angel he resting peacefully and how the loved showed for his family you will forever be missed bj that´s what´s he´s friends called him on 7 ave we love you always

I´m surprised I never met him or I did it´s been awhile I lived in park slope 4 st between 7 and 8 ave.. rip billy

I never met Mr. O'Toole but enjoyed him on the reality show Mafia Families. He seemed like a nice guy. I was sad to hear of his passing. Daily prayers to his family and friends. Earth hath no sorrow that Heaven can not Heal.

Rip Billy Im so sorry to you all for your loss, I lost my dad at 9 and It was the worst pain ever. It crushed me. Billy he was so funny and bright and loyal on the show and honestly my favorite! Please know hes at rest n peace ❤ my condolences to Jess and the kids. Gone but never forgotten..
