Billy Mack Osborne

Billy was born on August 22, 1936 and passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2016. Billy was a resident of Weber City, Tennessee at the time of his passing. He was a graduate of Culpeper High School and attended ETSU. He was married to Dorothy. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7pm Wednesday April 13th 2016 at Scott County Funeral Home. A service will follow at 7pm with Rev. Odell Beauchamp officiating. Music will be provided by Don and Wilma Brooks and Debra Beauchamp.A graveside service will be conducted at 11am Thursday April 14th 2016 at Holston View Cemetery. Those who plan to attend the graveside are asked to meet at the funeral home by 10:15 to follow in procession. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family in memory of Bill.
