Billy Wayne Parker, 57, of Prescott, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2024. He was born to Billy Gene and Carol Sue Parker on March 22, 1966, in Lewisville, Arkansas. Billy enjoyed fishing, listening to country music, and drinking coffee. 


Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Carol Parker; sister, Carolyn Joyce Parker; and sister-in-law, Brenda Taylor. 


Left to cherish his memory are his sister, Cynthia Burns (Beverly) of Hot Springs, Arkansas; stepbrother, Charles Taylor of Stamps, Arkansas; niece, Brittaney Burns, great niece, Marley Pierce; great nephew, Parker Pierce; aunt, Betty Hood; uncle, Ronald Hood; and numerous family and friends. 


Cremation services provided by A O Smith Funeral Home, Stamps, Arkansas.


A Memorial Service will be held graveside on Friday March 22, 2024, at Shiloh Cemetery, Buckner, Arkansas from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Billy Wayne was a sweet loving soul. I think the two things he loved most in life was his Mom and coffee. I know he will find the peace he deserves in Heaven.
