Mrs. Pruitt and Roger,
I was terribly saddened to hear that Billy had passed away recently. And, although I never formally met him, I always enjoyed hearing Roger talk with me about Billy's interest in my little dog, George and the joy he would get from hearing about my dog playing and wrestling with your dog, Rascal. May you find Peace in knowing that Billy is no longer suffering and that he is in a much Better Place completely free from the hurt and pain he had been experiencing...

Dear Mrs. Pruitt, Billy, and Roger.

I'm very sorry for your loss. It's seems like yesterday that you and Mr. Pruitt brought a YMCA football uniform to me after Billy (or Roger, it's been a long time) got hurt. I really appreciated Mr. Pruitt thinking of me because the Y had run out of uniforms before I had gotten one.

My thoughts are with you.
