Billy Eugene Rives

Billy was my shift supervisor at Rio Pecos. I have so many happy memories of Billy. I was saddened to hear of his passing. Billy was a good Christian man, a good family man, an excellent role model. Billy helped me a lot when I was his operator at the plant. He loved to horse play but he also knew his job and did his job. I will never forget Billy.
