Billy Rocha

Enjoyed knowing Bill. Love that he's known as Billy. He was married to our dear and old friend Nora. When they visited us on the coast, I learned from Bill that the home he lived in, located in Half Moon Bay, was where caskets were made. Forget the irony. Bill described the home in detail, room for room, and that same home now has historic preservation. Wish he had to do it all over again. Smart, sharp and good man.
