To the Rouse family: We send our condolences, thoughts, and prayers while you are grieving during this time. Although he will be missed, Heaven received another Angel.

I worked will Bill for most of his career at the Main Post Office in Johnson City and he was a gentle man with a caring heart. Bill always was friendly and did a wonderful job serving our customers with the U.S. Postal Service. He was a good friend and will be missed among those that knew him.
