Billy Louis Screeton, 65, of Cabot, Arkansas, a chemistry and physics instructor for 28 years at Jacksonville, Arkansas, and ASU-Beebe, passed from this life on Saturday, August 25, 2001. Visitation is scheduled for Monday, August 27, 2001, 6-9 p.m., at Westbrook Funeral Home, 404 West Dewitt Henry Drive, Beebe, Arkansas. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, August 28, 10 a.m., at the funeral home. Burial will be at Sylvania Cemetery, Ward, Arkansas. Memorial donations are appreciated to Baptist Health Hospice of Little Rock, Arkansas, 11900 Colonel Glenn Road, Little Rock, AR 72210. Arrangements entrusted to Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe, Arkansas.

Mr. Screeton was my favorite teacher in high school. As he taught me and many others about the future. I was lucky to visit him in 6/82 while in Jacksonville, Ar. Rest in peace forever and ever with the Lord

I am so sorry that I am just now finding out about Billy's death. I know he held a very special place in my mother's heart because she always spoke of him with such affection and was always concerned about his health.
My family feels the sorrow of your loss and send prayers for God's comfort to all those who loved Billy

So sorry to hear about Billy. With our deepest condolences to all the family during this difficult time.

We are so sorry to hear about Billy. He gave so much and will be dearly missed. May God comfort all of his family, especially Mary Ellen, Russell, Jitter, Scharlene, and Judy, as they grieve his death.
