I knew Billy in the 70's and 80's and have fond memories of our time together. He made the world a better place wherever he was. My sincere condolences to Billy's family. May knowing he is in Heaven give you all comfort.

Louise-- sad to read Billy Roy's Obit A lot of water has passed under the bridge of life since Billy Roy and Beverly were playmates in Causey. Remember Rita as a beautiful baby. A beautiful well-written obit. Blessings with fond memories.
