May 18, 1940 - May 21, 2011 Billy J. Vickers, 71, of Elkmont died Saturday. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home. Bro. Joel Logan will officiate. Burial will be in Sylone Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today.
