Billy was loved by many and will be missed.
Judy, Kelli, Chad and Rachel I am so sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

Deepest Sympothy to the entire Water's family. My prayers are for each of you. Remember your father will always live on through you and your children. Love, Kristi

My heart goes out to you all in this time of sorrow.
Please know that I am remembering
the family in my prayers. I know that words are of little consolation right now, but I only have good memories of Billy and will cherish them much more now that he is gone.
With deepest sympathy,
Vanessa
