Not sure what to say?

It's been a month since you left us and time hasn't started to heal. I miss you as much now as then. You were the best brother and I will miss how you cared for your siblings and their families. I will miss your smile which was contagious. I love you Bill and you are in my heart forever.

Farewell my friend and IBEW brother.
Surprised I am to hear of your passing. We had some fun working together 30 some years ago. You and my travelling partner Don Snyder coached an Alaska Airlines women's softball team or some crazy thing.
Many times through the years, I'd run into your bro Terry on a job. My first question was,"How's your brother Billy?"
You will be missed by many. My condolences to the Wilbur family. Ty Forsberg

Billy,
You were the first one in the Wilbur family that I met. I knew you were still good friends with Peg's ex- boyfriend, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Not knowing you, I was concerned how I would be received. Being the kind of person you are, you made me feel very welcome in your home. In fact, I don't remember ever laughing so hard as I did that night. A friendship began and continued to grow deeper with time. Your passing has left a big hole in my heart. I know that when...

Ah Bill such a large void to leave behind. Thankfully you left so many memories that I find myself crying at times and laughing out loud other times remembering the times we spent together. The void becomes smaller with these thoughts filling it. You were so full of life. I want to thank you for a life well lived and sharing it with me. Dale L. Bradley

BILLY,
You were such a great brother. When you and Barb moved up from Calif. I got to know you as my big brother. Before, you were another sibling whose room smelled funny. You found me my first car and signed for my loan. You advised me and tried to guide me. You were funny, smart and charming and stayed that way all of your life . The gifts you made were treasures and I will miss them and your look of pride when we admired your work.. I love you so much and you will be...

Billy,
You brought smiles and laughter to every occasion. Your sweet and kind hearted ways will be sorely missed. I am blessed to have called you brother. I love you forever, Billy!
