Billye Wayne was such a remarkable and fun loving person. I worked in the PetroChem Division and I had the opportunity to meet her at the first "Picnic" that my husband and I attended. I was very lucky that I met Billye Wayne and her circle of B&R friends and grew to love her and her special friends. She is in Heaven with Jack and her other special friends that have passed on.
