Not sure what to say?

Chris was very compassionate toward children with special needs. She took my young son into her afterschool program when other programs were afraid to do it. She made sure she understood what he needed and he was safe with her. She was warm and fun and lead a rich and meaningful life. We will miss her.

Mrs. Borgman was such an important and positive part of my son's time at Douglas that one day when he had to stay home sick, his first reaction was that it was unfair to have to miss a day when he was supposed to work with Mrs. Borgman. Our whole family loved Mrs. Borgman and will greatly miss her.

When my children arrived at Douglas in the mornings, Chris unfailingly greeted them with a wide smile and such kind words. She reminded us daily about how much joy there is in everyday moments. We miss her very much and hope that her family takes some comfort in knowing that she is remembered so fondly.

I have known Chris since we moved to Acton 25 years ago. Her wonderful children Justin and Christa were friendly with two of my children. Chris was a warm, caring person who cherished being a mother and it shows in how her children are now leading their lives. The "Douglas Townies" raised a glass in your memory and talked about the times we had together. RIP my friend, you will be and are missed. Say Hi to your mom for us. Barbara Yacouby and family

With deepest sympathy Chris Borgman will be deeply missed. She was a wonderful and exceptional woman who raised two amazing children.(now young adults.) Christa and Justin are talented and bright people, who will carry on their mother's gift of greatness.
Dear Chris, we will always love you and keep you in our hearts and prayers.
Rest in peace dear friend.
