I want to tell you how much we at the bakery loved seeing your mom. Her wit, her zest for life and her car! She once knit me a pair of socks. Each year since the bakery opened in 2012 I make my family Christmas tradition of Pebernoder cookies and share them with my Danish customers, your mom was always included in the gift list. I will miss giving her that small reminder of her Danish childhood and will celebrate her love of life with each bite this season. Such a treat to have known her!
