Bishop McKnight performed our marriage ceremony over 42 years ago. He protected me as his daughter in Christ by making sure that my husband to be received Salvation. I praise God for this true legend. You have run this race and finished your course. Well Done thy good and faithful servant. I am praying for the strength of the family. Bishop McKnight had a wonderful influence on our family when our Mom Margaret B Upshaw joined Church of God By Faith in our younger years where we were introduced into a life of learning and developing our Christian and Spiritual values. Rest on Dear Bishop you have well earned your Crown. Precious memories how they linger.

Bishop McKnight was one of the most God fearing man that I know. He was a true leader and a teacher. He will be greatly missed. May his family stay wrapped in his loving memory.

To the family you have my condolences I learned and listen alot during the years while under Bishop Mcknight during my childhood teens and adult life while being raise by grandma who had me and my cousins in church all the time great memories and teachings I never forgotten still with me he will be missed
