Blain passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2017. Blain was a resident of Frederica, Delaware at the time of his passing. He served his country proudly in the United States Air Force for four years. He was married to Shirley. Services will take place on Wednesday January 25 2017 at 1pm with a visitation two hours prior to the service at Thomas E. Melvin Son Funeral Home 15522 South DuPont Hwy. Harrington DE. Interment will take place at Barratts Chapel Cemetery Frederica. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Frederica Senior Center 216 South Market Street Frederica DE 19946.
