Blaine was a treasured neighbor. He knew how to fix anything and was glad to be of help to all of his neighbors. He was generous with pears from his tree in his backyard. He was always checking on others. You would often see him mowing his yard or rocking on the porch and he was quick with a wave and a smile. He will be missed greatly.
