Not sure what to say?

Blair was a good next door neighbor. My husband and I got a kick out of Blair's many conversations over Pugsly's mischievous ways. We loved our home on Fairview Lake and appreciated all Blair did to develop the lake community. My heart goes out to Cindy and Blair's family.

What I found out years later is that the cab driver was a friend of Blair´s. Patrick. They worked as a team to get this drunk home safe. Planted a seed. A year...
