Not sure what to say?

Blake helped rescue a three year old child who was stuck in a wall. He and his brother were playing in the attic and the child fell in a space by the fire place chimney. The crew got up there and used Blake who was slinder enough to be held by his feet and lowered in the hole to rescue the child.

I met Blake while I was working for Medic Ambulance and stationed in Germantown. Later we were colleagues at the Germantown Fire Department and where we became friends. Though I hadn't yet developed an interest in aviation, Blake took me flying a couple times to 'practice' being a Flight Instructor. I love the picture of Blake. It signifies his love for the fire service and aviation.

Sorry to hear about Blake. I knew Blake when he came on the Germantown Fire Fighter in the high school program. I was always impressed by his knowledge of the engines and their operation. We had talked about having a Christmas dinner at the fire station like the dinners we remember under Chief McCall. Blake like all of us treasured his days on the fire department. Blake I know you are flying high in heaven. May God give you eternal rest.

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
