Blanche was a dear and loving friend to us both, and a faithful supporter of our training program for young singers for the past 15 years. She came to every June recital without fail, and this October, when we told her that we were moving to St. John's in the Village Church, she was excited that it would be in "her" neighborhood. We would meet with her at North Square restaurant for a "spring fling" as she called it, and to "share our lives and loves". She was the most original and sweetest...
