Blanche Mae Ethen

I enjoyed meeting Blanche when I came over to the home, to meet up with Kay for our film events. We only spoke briefly, but she was kind & courteous. I heard wonderful things about Blanche from Kay. She enjoyed gardening & was physically active for quite some time before her health began failing. She seemed very sharp when I met her. She was dedicated to her family & friends, according to Kay.

Just learned of Blanche's passing. She was a wonderful Lady. I remember your family sitting behind us in Church, so many years ago in the old church. Knowing your father and mother was a good thing. Know the feeling, as its been 23 years of loosing my mother and 44 years of my father, Glod bless. Jan van der borg.

My deepest sympathies to the Ethen Family. I have fond memories of your Mom as our neighbor. Watching us after school, collecting for the Oregonian, and seeing her gardening in her yard.
