Blanche O. Woolard WILLIAMSTON - Blanche O'Neal Woolard, 72, of the 1100 block of Reddicks Grove Church Road, died Oct. 1, 2008. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Biggs Funeral Home Chapel.
