Services for Robert "Bo" Hughes, 43, are set for 1 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow in Henry Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Hughes died Saturday, Nov. 11, 2023 at his residence after an extended illness. He was born on January 14, 1980 to Robert Stanley and Robbie Leatherwood Hughes. He was a 1998 graduate of Corinth High School and attended Northeast CC. He worked at Masterpiece Engineering until his sickness. He was an avid collector of action figures and enjoyed music and traveling for concerts.
Survivors are a son, Cooper Hughes; mother, Robbie Hughes; brother, Josh Hughes; sister, Sky Arnold (Briar); maternal grandmother, Syble Pearson; uncles, Tim Hughes (Debbie), Steve Hughes (Angela), Mark Hughes (Sandy), John Leatherwood, Keith Leatherwood (Sun), and Tim Pearson; and a host of cousins, family and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his father; paternal grandparents, Robert "Frosty" and Nadia Hughes; and maternal grandfather, Robert Leatherwood.
Pallbearers will be Zach Grier, BJ Suggs, Joey Lane, Torrance Beavers, Matt McKinney and Michael Suggs. Bro. Seth Kirkland will officiate the service.
