I had the priviledge to know and work with Justice Abbott when I was working for Arno Windscheffel, the Disciplinary Administrator for the state of Kansas. Dear Kaye,
We are so saddened to learn of the loss of your dear husband, a giant in the world of the courts, but an approachable and kind, wonderful human being. I treasure the times we spent with him as he traveled to the Kansas Arts Commission meetings with you. Though we miss you so much in Topeka, it is wonderful you are with your family in Wichita. My love and sincere sympathy to you and your family.
