Not sure what to say?

Those of us that grew up with Bobby always knew that he would be a man of solid character. His big heart and selfless determination to go beyond the norm was always evident and a fine example for all who knew him. God bless Bobby, his loving family and all who were touched by his life!

Bob was a great guy to be around. Took several trips with Bob and Carlos Lopez after football season to go quail hunting in south Texas. Rest In Peace Bob.

My condolences and prayers to the family. Bob was an upper classman at Donna ISD, have fond memories of him as a Redskin. His dedication to playing football inspired me and others. May he rest in peace. Frank Perez

Bob was a great guy and wonderful teammate- a great sense of humor and always a true and good friend

It is funny the things that you remember about a person. I knew Bobby (never called him Bob) from 6th grade through freshman year of college. I remember his big smile and great attitude. And the way he carried his books. He sauntered down the hallway and held his books under one hand next to his hip. He always look so natural and relaxed. Ready. My condolences to his family. Rest in peace Bobby.

I always remember how likable and easygoing Bob was. I was very saddened to hear of his passing. Rest In Peace Bob.

I could remember Bob so well because he played ball with my brother Donnie. What really good athletes they were. He also recruited me to go to the university Houston but I got sick that weekend decided against Houston and went to TCU instead. What a nice loving guy. He will surely be missed. Dede

So sorry to hear of Bobbys passing. He was a dear friend of mine all through elementary, jr. high and high school. Always a sweet and loving friend whom I will always remember with a smile. May he Rest In Peace.

I am so sorry to hear about Bobs passing. I have always held in high esteem all the players my father coached. Bob is one of them. He was an exceptional player and person. He will be missed. Prayers for your family.
