I am saddened to learn that Mr. Buford passed away early this year.
He is one of my heroes in the corporate realm. I had wished to connect with him as i plan my half-time. Condolences to the family for their loss. God's peace,

I am reading Halftime; not quite finished with the book; thought I'd reach out to Bob only to find that he'd passed this life. Thank you for providing a vehicle to express appreciation for Bob's life work. Blessings to Bob's survivors, friends, and associates in the name of Christ Jesus.

Bob is one of the few men I'd like to have had the privilege of meeting in person. He, in my eyes, figures among the very short list of top people of worth, of which Nelson Mandela, Peter Drucker, Zig Ziglar, Martin Luther King, John E. Haggai and small handful of others are part.

We shall miss him... but is legacy will endure

Bob touched the lives of so many people. he certainly touched my life and by extension the lives of my family, associates and employees.

I learned so much from him and he challenged and stretched me to do more for the kingdom every time we met in person or talked on the phone.

I along with many others will miss him.

Now is the time to celebrate his life and his incredible contributions to society.

lets also rejoice knowing that he is in heaven and Jesus...

What a huge, sad loss. I wish I had known him better, and known all of what he did with his life. God bless family and friends.

May the bereaved family be comforted by looking forward to Jesus' promise recorded at John 6:40.

I am so sorry for your loss. May the God who "binds up the brokenhearted" and "comforts all who mourn" sustain you during this difficult time. (Isaiah 61:1,2). My prayers are with your family.
