Bob Bynum

Bob, was a friend of mine & my husband. He had a Sporting Goods Store, here in Sand Springs! He was a very kind and gentle spirit! We would order our baseball uniforms & etc. from him...I will never forget the time his brother was MIA from the Vietnam War...It broke his heart & ours too! His wife, Linda was our son's 1st grade teacher...she was & is a sweetheart of a lady...Linda, my oldest brother passed away Sept. 24th 2024. Sorry for your loss! Joy

I met Bob through his sister, Dee Ann, when I started college at Northeastern State College in Tahlequah in 1960. I had the privilege of spending a few week-ends at Tully and Dink's home, spending a few Saturdays on their boat, and got acquainted with Bob that year. I had the supreme privilege of having known his brother Neil also. I consider it an honor to have known Bob and Linda and his family, and he will be missed greatly.
